Friends of Hitchcock Road Animal Services (FoHRAS) is an all-volunteer 501(c)3, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the animals and programs of Hitchcock Road Animal Services (HRAS), the primary Animal Services Municipal Agency in Monterey County. Through engagement and support of our generous animal-loving community, FoHRAS helps to further support key strategic goals, beyond their basic operating budget.
We believe in a Monterey County where animals and people thrive together. By raising vital funds and community care, we support Hitchcock Road Animal Services (HRAS) in strengthening this shared vision.
